Bites Motel is not horror. But you can choose normal or tension. In normal mode there are no close up scares. In tension mode you will have some creepy moments up close without getting to terror. Tao is for a few laughs, there is no tension at all.

At Bites Motel, only children over 14 years of age may play accompanied by adults, always more adults than minors.

Our goal is that you enjoy and have an unforgettable time, we are not looking for you to do times or beat records that do not exist, if you need to know because you have plans afterwards: Bites Motel is an experience that lasts approximately two hours. Tao is an experience that lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Yes, once you make the reservation you can modify the number of players as long as you do not exceed the maximum number of players. Yes, once you have made a reservation, you can change the number of players if you are less or more than the number of players you have reserved, as long as you do not exceed the maximum number of players.

In Bites Motel the maximum number of players is eight, please do not insist on being more players because the experience would be distorted and we do not like to say no but it is not possible to be more than eight players. In Tao the maximum number of players is seven, please don't insist on being more players because the experience will be distorted and we don't like to say no but it is not possible to be more than seven players.

The outstanding amount is payable on the day of booking at the venue. Payment can be made by credit card or cash. As you prefer.

They are not super simple games, after all an escape room is a challenge, but you don't need any special knowledge. But if at any time you are stuck, your Game Master will give you hints so that there is no frustration of any kind and you will enjoy the game to the fullest.

In no case will the amount paid for the reservation be refunded in case of cancellation. You can change the date a first time for free as long as you give 48 hours notice. After 48 hours and before 4 hours from the time of the reservation, or in a second change, the change of date will incur a cost of 20 Euros.

It is important that you are punctual. We can give you a 10 minute margin, but once this time has elapsed, your starting time will start to run. Please note that there are more sessions during the day and you must respect the schedule of the following groups.
