CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION

• Participation in the activity implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by all participants. If any participant does not fully or partially agree with the content of these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from participating.
• BITE THE FLY reserves the right of admission and the right to immediately expel participants if it detects any failure to follow the instructions given at any time by the organisers, as well as in the event of improper use of the facilities.
• It is strictly forbidden to attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The participant or group involved will be denied access with no right to a change or refund.
• The minimum age to participate depends on the activity chosen and is duly indicated on the web page corresponding to each game.
• The use of cameras, mobile devices, tablets or any other electronic device, as well as any object brought from outside, is not permitted. A space will be provided where participants can store all their personal belongings, including mobile phones. BITE THE FLY is not responsible for customers' personal belongings and recommends not bringing valuables.
• We recommend that pregnant women in an advanced stage of pregnancy, people with cardiovascular problems, epileptics or other “sensitive” individuals check whether the activity is, or can be, adapted to their condition. Each player participates at their own risk.
• Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and footwear. BITE THE FLY is not responsible for stains, damage or wear resulting from the activity.

SCHEDULES AND DELAYS

• Participants must arrive at the exact time of their booking and wait for their Game Master at the meeting point stated in the confirmation email.
• If the team is late, time will be deducted from the game session. After 15 minutes' delay, or in the event of a no-show, the booking will be cancelled, with no possibility of rescheduling the activity or claiming a refund of the amount paid under any circumstances.
• It is the client's sole responsibility to arrive on time for their booking. BITE THE FLY is not responsible for any delays or obstructions that may occur, whether caused, to give some examples, by bad weather, strikes, demonstrations, sporting events, traffic jams, or transport disruptions.

SAFETY

• The rules will be explained before access to the activity is granted, and each person takes part at their own risk.
• While on our premises, participants must follow the rules and regulations, adopt appropriate and responsible behaviour, and cooperate with staff at all times.
• The premises are fitted with video surveillance cameras that allow live monitoring of the activity so it can be supervised. Images are never recorded or stored. You will find all information relating to data protection on our website.
• BITE THE FLY is not responsible for any accident or damage, whether personal or to equipment, that may occur due to user negligence or caused by misuse of the facilities or failure to comply with the game rules.
• BITE THE FLY reserves the right to charge for any intentional damage or damage caused by misuse of the facilities or failure to comply with the rules.

BOOKING, PRICE AND PAYMENT

• The applicable prices are those shown on the website on the date of booking and include applicable VAT.
• Bookings can only be made online, through the bitethefly.com website. Telephone bookings are not accepted.
• To confirm the booking, either the full amount of the activity or a deposit must be paid, with the remaining amount to be paid on the day of the activity at the venue (in cash or by card).
• If more people attend than were originally booked and paid for, the corresponding amount must be paid on the day of the activity at the venue (in cash or by card). Entry to the activity will not be permitted if it exceeds the maximum number of participants allowed, under any circumstances.
• If fewer people attend than were originally booked, the price difference cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you are not sure of the number of people attending, we recommend booking by paying only the deposit.
• You will receive confirmation of your booking by email (please check your SPAM or JUNK folder).

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• No booking cancellations or refunds will be made under any circumstances.
• A first free change of date and time of the booking is allowed, provided at least 72 hours' notice is given. Any additional change, or notice given between 72h and 24h in advance, will incur a €20 surcharge. Within the last 24 hours before the booking time, the date may not be changed and the booking will be forfeited. Postponed bookings must be rescheduled within 4 months.
• No changes are accepted with less than 24 hours' notice under any circumstances; the booking will be forfeited with no right to a refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the recast text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, as this is a leisure-related service for which a specific date or period of performance is scheduled.

GIFT VOUCHERS

• Gift vouchers are valid for 4 months from their date of purchase.
• If the number of people who ultimately play is higher than the number of people specified on the voucher, the corresponding amount for each additional player must be paid at the venue at the time of the game. It is the player's responsibility to check the number of participants included in their voucher.
• If you fail to show up on the day of your booking, the voucher will be considered used.
• Activities are subject to availability. It is the client's responsibility to book within the validity period of their voucher.
• If you notify us before the gift voucher's expiry date, it can be extended for an additional 4 months by paying a €20 surcharge.
• Once the voucher has expired, it can no longer be used or its value claimed.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

COPYRIGHT, IMAGE RIGHTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

• All names, designs and themes used on the website, in any marketing activity and on the premises are the copyright of BITE THE FLY and its owners. Use or reproduction of any kind is not permitted.
• All participants agree not to reveal, disclose or share any information related to the content of the activity, which is considered confidential, whether directly or indirectly.
• Due to the nature of the activity, it is strictly forbidden to record or photograph the inside of our facilities, especially the interior of the rooms.
• BITE THE FLY reserves the right to ask participants for authorisation to reproduce, use, exhibit, display and distribute the photographs, images and/or videos taken during their participation in the Event, as well as to create derivative works from them, for dissemination through corporate media (both internal and external), the Internet and social networks, for the purpose of promoting the aforementioned Event. This authorisation shall have an indefinite duration and worldwide scope, with no right to any compensation whatsoever
• After the activity, we offer to take a team photo which will be sent by WhatsApp or Email to the person who made the booking, unless otherwise indicated on the day of the activity. This photo may also be published on BITE THE FLY's social media if all participants have authorised it.

COMPLAINTS CHANNEL

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?

1. CHOOSE YOUR GAME: you have two games available, Bites Motel or Tao Massage Center

2. SELECT THE DAY AND TIME: on either game's page you will see a calendar with the game's availability. Choose the day and time you want to play.

3. CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS: now it's time to say how many of you will be playing. Choose the number of players — you'll see the total price at this point, for example 2 players at Bites Motel comes to €120 (€60/person). You can also choose to gift it, with no date. This option generates a gift voucher. Click Next.

4. FILL IN THE FORM: You will need to provide:
